LENA, Wis. — Framing on a new apartment complex in Lena got underway just before Thanksgiving. It’s called The Urban Loft, and it’s being developed by Rival Properties.
“We saw there was a housing shortage based off housing studies,” said Matt Kozlowski, a partner at Rival Properties. “There’s always a solution to every problem, so why not try to help out?”
TEDCOR is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to promoting economic development and tourism in Oconto County. Our funding is made possible through the proactive efforts of the Oconto County Board. Our headquarters are located in Oconto, and we have a professional full-time staff of two and one part-time staff member.
