A letter from the Executive Director
I’m fortunate every day to play a role in this county’s growth.
Coming from a family with deep roots in this beautiful part of Wisconsin, I know firsthand the entrepreneurial spirit and resilience that make this place unique. From the dairy farms that have sustained generations to the family-run taverns that have created gathering places, hard work and determination are sewn into our region’s fabric.
At TEDCOR, we draw inspiration from these deep roots to promote sustainable economic growth in Oconto County. As a 501(c)(3), our mission is to empower local businesses to thrive while attracting investors, newcomers, and visitors.
Whether it’s providing technical assistance, offering micro-loans, or identifying prime development sites, we serve as a partner in success for businesses at every stage.
Our work extends far beyond supporting individual operations. We take a long-range, holistic view – crafting initiatives that uplift the entire community for generations to come. Each project we pursue is designed to create positive impacts such as increased graduation rates, higher earning potential, and an overall improved quality of life.
Our goal is to establish the Oconto County region as an exceptional destination for living, working, and exploring.
Our adventurous, collaborative spirit fosters an ecosystem of growth. Join us as we build upon our proud traditions, unlocking boundless opportunity and amplifying the Oconto County region’s boundless potential.
Warm Regards,
Jayme Sellen Executive Director, TEDCOR
