Rival Properties LLC is proud to announce the construction of The Urban Loft, a market rate apartment complex located at 303 N. 3rd Street in the Village of Lena. This project will comprise of 80 apartment units over three phases.

Our funding is made possible through the proactive efforts of the Oconto County Board. Our headquarters are located in Oconto, and we have a professional full-time staff of two and one part-time staff member.
