The Urban Loft Apartments Coming to Lena in Spring 2025
Rival Properties LLC is proud to announce the construction of The Urban Loft, a market rate apartment complex located at 303 N. 3rd Street in the Village of Lena. This project will comprise of 80 apartment units over three phases. Renters will have the following options to select from: Monthly rents for a two-bedroom apartment would be $1,400 per month, including high-end fixtures and furnishes. The project is moving forward through partnerships with the Village of Lena, TEDCOR and Nicolet Bank. The Village is assisting in this project through Tax Increment Financing (TIF) investment and TEDCOR is providing a loan from their Capital Catalyst Revolving Loan Fund. The total project outlay is approximately $10 million when the project is complete. “Lena is such an amazing community, and we’re excited to bring much needed housing to the area,” stated Matt Kozlowski a partner with Rival Properties. “We’ve put a lot of time and energy in creating a vibrant and beautiful site plan that takes into consideration the local rules and regulations while maintaining privacy for the neighbors and our residents.” Apartment amenities include: “The Village of Lena and Oconto County are in desperate need of housing.
